The Otamatone, the brainchild of Japanese art group Maywa Denki, is quite possibly the best and cutest tiny instrument you've ever seen.

The adorable toy is shaped like a smiling music note. To play it, squeeze the smiley-face note's head while moving your fingers along the stem to adjust the pitch.
